Leading With Purpose
Sangeeta Sengupta is the founder and director of TiffinWalli CIC. As a single mother and migrant woman, she understands first-hand the barriers faced by women from marginalised communities. With 28 years of experience in training and employment, she built TiffinWalli as a safe space where women can learn practical food skills, work flexibly, explore small business ideas, and grow in confidence as leaders. Her vision is rooted in the belief that every woman, no matter her background, should have the chance to thrive, be seen, and contribute to her community
